Job Title: Account Executive Global Account Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Securitas Electronic Security Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our business in the electronic security industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Global Clients organization with sales efforts to increase production within assigned accounts, including identifying and developing new opportunities.
  • Conduct site visits at client locations to review and document site conditions and conduct needs analyses.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and turnover documents for transactional projects, incorporating information from project managers, clients, electrical contractors, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Create accurate parts lists, pricing, drawings, and documentation for installations and customer records.
  • Work with the Costing, Technical Solutions Architects, and Proposal Development Teams on large and complex projects as determined by the VP.
  • Build relationships with customer site personnel and maintain regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction with all current services, including installations, service/support, responsiveness, invoices, monitoring, and more.
  • Research and supply information and data required to support and participate in quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify and respond to operational issues that arise and resolve them with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and yearly sales quotas, including specific quotas related to existing clients and new client capture.
  • Work with the Global account team to obtain all relevant documentation for respective projects, including subcontractor quotes, locksmith quotes, engineering, operations, and more.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Global Account Manager, VP, TSA, and equipment manufacturers for system design and solutions as required.
  • Log and manage all opportunities and accounts in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Support the Global Clients team with sales presentations and capture strategy.
  • Identify and work with the VP, Global Clients, in sales efforts to pursue new Global Clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field of study or 5 years' related combination of experience and education in lieu of degree.
  • Electronic security industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Detailed-oriented.
  • Strong organization skills.
