About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Director to join our team at Food Lion. As a key member of our front-end operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service, including but not limited to:
- Managing customer interactions and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers receive a positive shopping experience
- Coaching and developing associates to meet department goals and objectives
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Physical Requirements:
This position requires:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use hand held computers and other technology
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures and environments
