Industrial Maintenance Technician

Position Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist with daily operational requirements related to equipment malfunctions, ensuring that production objectives are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining machinery according to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) guidelines and implementing preventive maintenance (PM) programs. Responsibilities include performing both mechanical and electrical repairs on various production machinery.
Key Skills Required- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical systems including motors, belts, chains, gears, and hydraulics.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics effectively.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including the distinction between single-phase and three-phase motors.
- Experience with three-phase motor systems.
- Background in manufacturing environments.
This position is entirely on-site. The work environment is within a wood pallet manufacturing facility, which encompasses both indoor and outdoor settings. While all manufacturing equipment is housed in covered structures, it is not climate-controlled. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding role that involves walking between various buildings and remaining on their feet throughout the day.

- Weekend Shift: Friday - Monday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Night Shift: Tuesday - Friday 8:30 PM - 6:00 AM
