Position Overview

Salary: $24 per hour

The Fleet Support Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of the vehicle fleet through comprehensive maintenance and service protocols. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular service and maintenance on all fleet vehicles to ensure reliability.
  • Implementing proactive measures to maximize vehicle uptime for operational efficiency.
  • Providing on-site technical assistance and coordinating necessary travel arrangements.
  • Installing necessary hardware and software upgrades on fleet vehicles as required.
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of ARAN subsystems to facilitate effective diagnostics and troubleshooting, both on-site and remotely.
  • Assisting in the maintenance and repair of field operation equipment and managing spare parts.
  • Overseeing the inventory of spare parts for Fleet Operations.
  • Forecasting preventative maintenance needs for vehicle chassis and associated equipment.
  • Executing preventative maintenance tasks on various equipment.
  • Offering support to field operations personnel through various communication channels as needed.
  • Delivering training sessions to Field Operators on Roadware hardware and software solutions.
  • Providing constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance product reliability and quality across departments.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of fleet operations and maintenance logs.
  • Participating in Health and Safety training programs as outlined in the training matrix.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, QHSSE policies, and local regulations.
