We are excited to announce an opportunity at a prestigious healthcare organization, Longterm Health Management Service, to fill a key role in our nursing department.

As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long term care facilities, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and facility operations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

  • Current LPN license in the State of Maryland.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate of an approved RN program.
  • 2 - 5 years experience in long term care.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • Prior supervisory/management experience.
