Hospice Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hospice Aide. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleAs a Hospice Aide, you will provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones. You will work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient's unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Your goal will be to enhance the quality of someone's life every day.
Responsibilities- Provide comfort care to patients in their homes
- Work collaboratively with the hospice team to meet patient needs
- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or be willing to obtain one. You will also need to have a strong understanding of hospice care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
