Job Overview

The Director of Trauma position at Lancesoft INC in Detroit, MI offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the Surgical Administration department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring adequate clinical and non-clinical staff support. Collaborate with leadership to identify and address patient care issues.
  • Quality Improvement & Education: Lead quality improvement efforts and ongoing professional education for physicians, staff, and residents. Serve as a resource for staff, providing feedback on performance.
  • Strategic Planning & Compliance: Assist in developing strategic plans and operational goals. Ensure compliance with credentialing, regulatory standards, and hospital policies.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee department protocols, budget management, and resource allocation. Approve personnel actions and ensure timely performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program (or equivalent experience).
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in Michigan.
  • Three years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Two years of clinical experience.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
