Job Summary

As a key member of our team at Premier Health Consultants, LLC, the Human Resources Benefits Administrator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of group benefits, including health, dental, vision, short and long-term disabilities, life insurance, and workers' compensation. This role requires a strong understanding of benefits administration and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of group benefits, including enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees and management on benefits-related matters
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of benefits administration with HRIS and other systems
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of benefits laws, regulations, and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to benefits administration
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of benefits laws, regulations, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
