Group Benefits Administrator

Job Summary:
As a key member of the Premier Health Consultants, LLC team, the Human Resources Benefits Administrator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of group benefits, including health, dental, vision, short and long-term disabilities, life insurance, and workers' compensation. This role requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail to ensure seamless administration of benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain knowledge of group benefits policies and procedures
- Process and manage benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Coordinate with vendors and providers to resolve benefits-related issues
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees and management on benefits-related matters
- Assist with benefits communications and education to employees
- Conduct benefits audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of group benefits administration and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
