Key Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a fleet of vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot major components such as engines, transmissions, and differentials
- Repair and replace parts as needed
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks
- Use Penske's tools and technologies to log, research, and complete repairs
- 6 years of practical experience with truck and tractor-trailer maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
- Specialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components
- Valid driver's license required, CDL preferred
