About the Job

We are seeking an experienced diesel mechanic/technician to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other major components
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with our vehicles
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ASE certification and 608/609 certifications preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
