The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our merger and acquisition activities, as well as our settlement statement process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the settlement statement process by preparing month-end journals, reconciling statements, and ensuring transaction-level activity is processed as expected.
  • Coordinate the exchange and recording of invoices with the local team.
  • Identify process improvements for the settlement statement process via automation.
  • Lead entity TSA exits by coordinating entries, assisting with ERP setup, and providing guidance on transaction flow.
  • Support current and future merger, acquisition, and/or divestiture activities by participating in due diligence, working capital analysis, master data setup, and preparing journal entries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field, and seven years of finance and/or accounting experience.
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or a CPA and/or CMA certification.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures and related purchase accounting.
  • Alteryx proficiency, skilled in workflow design, data blending, and automation.
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various functions.
  • Financial acumen, creative problem-solving, and self-starting skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, organization, and prioritization skills.
