We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at SCA Health. As a key member of our Human Capital department, you will be responsible for providing broad-based compensation support activities, including job evaluation, market pricing, and benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct compensation analysis and perform financial modeling to create recommendations based on organizational needs and strategy.
- Partner with business stakeholders to support compensation activities on a departmental, group, or company-wide basis.
- Develop and maintain compensation databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
- Provide analytical support for merit budgets, salary structure modifications, and incentive plan data gathering and reporting.
- Counsel management on complex pay changes, including promotions, transfers, and merit planning cycles.
- Stay current with compensation trends and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
- Manage ad-hoc compensation projects, analyses, and requests, including acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.
- Support Annual Compensation Planning activities, including merit pay and bonus administration.
- Participate in the development of incentive compensation plan designs and ensure model validation and alignment with goals.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of compensation experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with compensation techniques, job evaluation, salary survey practices, and methodologies.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.
- Experience working with EEOC, OFCCP, and other compliance requirements.
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
