We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst-Workday Integrations to join our team at Integer Holdings Corporation. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our HR information systems, ensuring seamless integration with our global business applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement HR systems, including configuration, data processes, and documentation.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and other internal/external HR data governance and audit requirements.
- Troubleshoot and correct technical problems affecting internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain advanced system training material, end-user documentation, and assist with end-user training delivery.
- Liaise with internal IT staff and serve as a subject matter expert on cross-functional project teams to ensure effective integration of HR systems and processes.
- Execute implementation and testing of bi-annual upgrades/product releases, weekly service updates, and new features and modules for HR enhancement initiatives.
- Create new integrations using Reports, Core Connectors, Studio, BIRT, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS or information systems, with HR and Workday experience required, global experience preferred, and integration experience required.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data as they relate to Human Resource information systems and applications.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to understand what solutions have worked in the past and how to improve upon past mistakes.
