Position Summary

A successful State Farm Agent is looking for a dedicated professional to join their dynamic team as a Financial Services Consultant. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about driving business growth through meaningful conversations and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as necessary.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based approach to inform clients about insurance solutions.
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and quotas
  • Genuine interest in the role of insurance and financial products in helping individuals manage everyday risks, recover from unforeseen events, and achieve their aspirations
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Capable of delivering presentations to prospective clients
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
