Position Overview

The Sales Associate (SA) role is an entry-level, full-time opportunity within the Training and Certification division. The SA plays a crucial role in supporting the corporate sales team by facilitating sales closures, managing renewals, and ensuring a seamless transition post-sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales executives and the Operations team to clarify delivery requirements for new agreements, including instructor availability.
  • Assist in the creation of booking documents to ensure successful implementation of customer purchases.
  • Regularly monitor subscription expiration dates and usage, providing insights to sales executives to drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new subscription clients and serve as the primary support for client administrators.
  • Support sales executives in processing and qualifying incoming leads.
  • Work with the Operations team to identify eCommerce clients that may evolve into corporate opportunities, ensuring smooth transitions to the appropriate sales executive.
  • Coordinate with the LF Deal Desk to maintain momentum during contract negotiations, involving sales executives as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in supporting sales teams is preferred.

  • Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
