Job SummaryWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant/Case Expeditor to join our team. This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, paid holiday, vacation, and sick time, 401K with company contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Manage and track rush cases through the production process, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Case Placement: Place cases in the proper business units, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Reporting and Analysis: Run reports to ensure cases are not held in production, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Communication: Verbally communicate with all levels of staff, maintaining a positive demeanor and providing excellent customer service.
- Administrative Support: Assist managers in finding cases as needed, attaching proper instructions to cases as requested, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products, and possess strong verbal communication skills.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for long periods at a time.
