Job Summary:

This role provides administrative and clerical support to the Lending department at Bank OZK. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external calls, coordinate with lenders, and manage the funding process. Additionally, they will produce reports, prepare Adverse Action Notices, and assemble loan files for Credit Administration/Loan Review. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have experience with commercial loans processing and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external calls to the department
Coordinate with lenders all applications received via fax and electronic submission
Manage the funding process
Produce reports, including monthly usage reports and credit reports as needed
Prepare and mail Adverse Action Notices to declined applicants as required by law
Assemble loan files for Credit Administration/Loan Review
Reconcile monthly reports to lenders monthly application/funding results
Serve as liaison to ensure the bank is meeting the customers needs and to maximize the customer/bank relationship
Provide back up support as needed for commercial lending
Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work
Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum two (2) years experience with commercial loans processing preferred
Minimum one (1) year experience with computers, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, required
Minimum one (1) year administrative/clerical experience required
