Wardrobe Crew Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Theatre Costume Specialist to join our team at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of costumes for OSF shows, including laundry, basic repairs, steaming, ironing, etc.
- Collaborate with supervisors, actors, stage managers, and fellow run crew members to ensure the show is successfully run and maintained for the full season.
- Act as Crew Head of production if assigned by Wardrobe Manager, acting as a conduit between the Wardrobe crew and the stage management team during the running of a show.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in professional theater or live entertainment as a costume run crew technician (or dresser).
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs, regularly climb ladders, stairs, ramps, push and pull loads and carts, reach above shoulders to restock boxes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based information sharing systems.
Salary: $24.00 hourly
