Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to donors, ensuring a positive experience and promoting a strong brand image.
  • Donation Processing: Receive and process all donations, accurately labeling and placing items in the production room or sales floor.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain the placement of all merchandise and the organization of the production room, adhering to Picture Process Map (PPM) standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jack and walkie stacker, conducting daily safety inspections and ensuring compliance with safety rules.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist customers with loading and unloading furniture or other items, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.
  • Adaptability: Cross-train in other store positions as business needs dictate, and maintain regular and consistent in-person attendance.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with donors, customers, and team members.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
