Marketplace Account Manager

The Marketplace Account Manager is a key position within Pandora's North American Ecommerce team, responsible for driving sales and profit goals for our current partnerships with Amazon and other marketplaces. This role will also identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the marketplace channel to increase Pandora's awareness and penetration in the North American region.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in managing Amazon accounts, preferably in both vendor direct and 3rd party models. They should also have a proven track record of identifying and scaling new business ventures, with a keen understanding of market opportunities and a drive to increase Pandora's market share.
The role will be highly visible within the company, with direct reporting to the VP of North American Ecommerce and regular interaction with senior leadership. The successful candidate will be a strong negotiator, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and have excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with wholesale selling teams, accounting, technology, and full ecomm team to drive sales and profit goals
Manage key accounts with Amazon, Macy's, and other marketplaces
Account Management: Manage relationships with key providers and account representatives, drive strategic goals
Monitor marketplace performance metrics and identify key areas for improvement
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integrations and execution of MP strategies
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a seller on Amazon
Experience working in marketplace function
Experience with identifying new expansion opportunities
Executive presence, with direct reporting to the VP of North American Ecommerce
Strong negotiator with demonstrated success in negotiating with internal and external counterparts
Excellent attention to detail and quality of work
Proficient in Adobe and Power BI, as well as 3rd party portals (BigCommerce, Mirakl, Pattern, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing environment
Pro-active and results-oriented
Strong bias for action, relentless about driving and owning your own business
Comfortable managing both up and horizontal
Self-motivated, analytical, and structured approach to tasks
Quick learner and adaptable to a professional and high-performance work environment
Ambitious and looking to grow and fill in the white space within the company
