Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and review project information through thorough research and analysis to present accurate and timely proposals to the Sales Representative.
  • Coordinate and assemble project-related materials, including freight quotes, install bids, and graphics.
  • Issue purchase orders for surveys and other project-related tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in project management or a related field is highly desirable.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong team working and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with typical working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime may be required at times and will be communicated in advance.
