Job Overview

Position Summary: We are in search of a meticulous and skilled Senior Construction Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our energetic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering financial guidance for diverse projects within the organization, with a primary focus on managing credit card programs and overseeing expense management systems. This position demands a solid understanding of accounting principles, exceptional analytical capabilities, and proficiency in credit card management and expense reporting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Expense Management Oversight:

Establish and maintain user profiles within the expense management system; design and facilitate training sessions and documentation; generate analytical reports to aid in the monthly reconciliation of credit card statements; supervise the utilization of expense management software to process employee reimbursements, validate receipts, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.


Credit Card Program Management:
Administer corporate credit card initiatives, including card issuance, setting expenditure limits, and transaction reconciliation. Ensure adherence to company protocols and guidelines.

Financial Transactions Management:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes associated with project activities, including invoice management, vendor disbursements, and client billing.

Reconciliation Duties:
Perform and review monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts and banking statements.

Collaborative Engagement:

Partner closely with project leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to collect financial data, provide analytical insights, and support project planning and execution.


Regulatory Compliance:
Remain informed about accounting regulations, industry standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize financial risks.

Operational Enhancements:
Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies within financial operations. Develop solutions to optimize workflows and improve productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on credit card management and familiarity with corporate credit card systems is preferred.


  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Foundation Software is advantageous. Familiarity with expense management software is essential.
  • Strong grasp of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with colleagues at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
