Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team at Velocity Innovations as a Senior Leadership Position in Public Sector Administration. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the personnel policies and development within our administration, while promoting a performance-oriented and employee-friendly administrative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the personnel support team, including leading and developing its employees.
- Serve as the deputy head of all personnel-related processes, including personnel administration, development, and planning.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations in personnel matters.
- Work in partnership with the staff council and implement process improvements in all personnel support tasks, such as job evaluation procedures and time tracking.
- Determine the classification of employees through job evaluation procedures and conduct relevant research.
- Make decisions within the team on fundamental personnel matters and individual cases.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in public administration (BL II) or a civil servant position at the third qualification level of the administrative and financial career path, with a focus on non-technical administrative services.
- Alternatively, a degree in law with a First State Examination or a Bachelor of Laws is also acceptable.
- Extensive experience in public sector administration and leadership.
