Role Responsibilities:

This position plays a vital role in collaboration with the Strategic Finance team, overseeing a comprehensive Services Profit and Loss statement and sales expenditures. You will deliver strategic insights and analyses to support business growth and development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the entire P&L.
  • Facilitate monthly forecasting discussions with sales, delivery, and regional leadership, and contribute to presentations for the strategic finance team.
  • Communicate effectively with strategic finance leadership, presenting business outcomes, financial influences, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with the strategic finance organization to perform analyses and generate insights that inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and assist with quarterly business reviews and long-term strategic planning.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all monthly and quarterly reporting requirements for Business, Finance, and Corporate FP&A.
  • Supervise finance analysts supporting various segments of the customer outcomes finance organization.
  • Support and influence cross-functional teams at various management levels.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
  • Over 10 years of relevant finance experience, particularly in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Services Finance.
  • Experience within the technology sector or SaaS companies, with a preference for professional services finance experience.
  • A proven track record of outstanding performance throughout your professional and academic career.
  • The ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable financial strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A high level of energy and a desire to thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to manage high workloads during peak periods.
  • The ability to influence through clear presentation and communication of complex data analyses.
