Position Overview

This is an on-site role.

As the Head of Marketing Operations and Technology at Firefly, you will be instrumental in defining the future of marketing through the integration of state-of-the-art technology with strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, your role will involve spearheading the development and execution of our sophisticated marketing technology framework. Your proficiency will enable us to harness innovative tools and methodologies that enhance our marketing productivity and effectiveness.

Your leadership will not only focus on technology management but will also inspire a team dedicated to crafting groundbreaking marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Formulates and implements a holistic strategy for our technology framework, including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other integrated systems.
  • Oversees the execution of large-scale Salesforce technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Acts as a Salesforce subject matter expert, promoting adoption and optimization efforts throughout the organization.
  • Collaborates with cross-departmental teams to integrate marketing technology solutions and enhance operational workflows.
  • Manages web assets, internal marketing requests, and other technology platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards and objectives.
  • Guides the Analytics Salesforce Coordinator in developing and executing data-driven insights and reporting strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in marketing operations, technology management, or similar roles with a focus on Salesforce technology.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce implementation is essential.
  • Experience in team management and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
