Job Summary

The Staffing Assistant is a key role in our branch operations, responsible for supporting the strategic objectives, customer service activities, and business development initiatives. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Scheduling: Greet visitors, determine the nature of their business, and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Applicant Management: Coordinate and manage the flow of applicant traffic throughout the intake and interview process.
  • New Hire Process: Manage the new hire process, ensuring all new hire documents are completed appropriately.
  • Administrative Support: Distribute and manage incoming mail, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
