Work Schedule:
Per Diem

Shift Details:
Day/Evening shift, 11:00am - 11:00pm with weekend and vacation rotation as per per-diem policy.

Key Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Emergency Department Team Leader or designated representative.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to:

conducting patient interviews, providing clerical assistance, managing patient registration, data/order entry, and transcription of orders, organizing medical records, and other assigned clerical responsibilities.


Qualifications:
Completion of four years of high school along with specialized training and courses.

Successful completion of a Medical Terminology course is mandatory.

Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with the Meditech system, along with relevant secretarial experience is preferred.

A minimum of one year of related work experience is essential.

Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an exemption for medical or personal reasons, confirmed by a signed statement upon hiring.

Compensation:
USD $25.50 /Hr.

Rotation Schedule Requirement:
Weekend and vacation rotation as per per-diem policy.
