Talent Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs that align with Ten Group's goals and individual employee needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, department managers, and other stakeholders to align talent development efforts with the overall strategic objectives of Ten Group.
  • Deliver training initiatives that are in line with business needs and ensure all aspects of blended learning are thought about and utilized where appropriate.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and incorporate innovative approaches into Ten Group's strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Certifications (Optional but Beneficial) include: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM)
  • Bachelor's Degree especially in fields related to human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or education (Optional but Recommended)
