SGA Talent is a hospitality-focused staffing group based in Saratoga Springs, NY. We are seeking Porters/Utility workers to join our team in Las Vegas, NV and support our clients by providing excellent service to guests.

Job Overview:

As a Porter/Utility Worker for the Formula 1 event, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the event area's cleanliness, organization, and overall functionality. You will assist with a wide range of tasks, ensuring that attendees and participants have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the setup and breakdown of event areas, including booths, stages, and facilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of event spaces throughout the duration of the event.
  • Empty trash receptacles, clean spills, and maintain a neat appearance in public areas.
  • Assist in crowd control and manage foot traffic as needed to ensure safety and orderliness.
  • Assist with the distribution of event materials, merchandise, and promotional items.
  • Transport equipment, supplies, and materials to different areas of the event site as required.
  • Provide general assistance to event staff, exhibitors, and attendees as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to address any on-site challenges or issues promptly.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing tasks.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Porter/Dishwasher/Utility.
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks that involve lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take direction.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and bending.
  • Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
