Digital Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Manager to join our team at CGS Administrators. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for managing the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our website and digital media presence. This is a full-time position based in Nashville, TN, with the possibility of flexible work arrangements once training is complete and performance standards are being met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage website development, content, projects, enhancements, and associated coordination. Interpret and initiate actions to meet customer requirements. Oversee the web support team or web support function to ensure effective application development/project as well as communication with internal/external customers. Provide direction related to business support services, communications, and functionality.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the web team by providing business analysis and project direction, working with information systems to manage testing/implementation. Analyze/research statistics, trends, and best practices to determine the strategic direction of the website. Make recommendations for internet/intranet and other business improvements/opportunities to remain competitive with others in the industry and/or other related websites.
• Manage development/modification of relevant materials that aid in sales or marketing initiatives. Plan, coordinate, and supervise business-related events such as meetings, conferences, collaborations, and seminars, etc.
• Troubleshoot web issues with internet/intranet sites. Review website content to ensure compliance with any contractual guidelines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years of experience in internet/intranet website design, maintenance, and management, including 2 years of related business writing experience in a creative environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of internet and intranet technologies and web site content design.
• Strong business writing, editing, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the principles, theories, practices, and techniques for managing the activities related to planning and implementing website projects and enhancements.
• Strong organization, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Medicare, healthcare, or insurance industry.
• Experience in understanding and using web content management systems (CMSs), HTML/CSS, and digital governance practices.
• Experience providing oversight to a company's digital media presence, including creating, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across all digital platforms - websites, social media, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
• Experience in driving improved customer experience results through evaluating analytics and user feedback on digital platforms - websites, social media, etc.
