Director of Growth Marketing

Lipscomb University is seeking a highly skilled Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead strategies and plans to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and foster engagement through an effective and robust digital marketing presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to promote the University's programs and initiatives.
  • Manage University Websites: Oversee and optimize the performance of university websites, including content creation, reporting, integrations, training, best practices, and SEO strategies.
  • Lead Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and maximize the results of in-house and outsourced paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Lead and Develop a Team: Inspire and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Identify and Leverage Growth Opportunities: Identify and tap into new growth opportunities, optimizing marketing channels, and aligning marketing efforts with Lipscomb's strategic plan and growth goals.
  • Utilize AI and Data Analytics: Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance the performance of digital platforms and drive personalized marketing strategies.
  • Develop Proposals and Scope of Work: Create clear and effective proposals and scope of work documents for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track and Analyze Performance: Set up, enhance, and interpret tracking and reporting to optimize digital marketing performance and KPIs.
  • Ensure Ethics and Confidentiality: Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Build Relationships and Communicate Effectively: Build and maintain strong relationships with digital marketing vendors and cross-campus partners, communicating effectively with diverse constituencies.
Requirements:
  • Management Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a digital marketing leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Skills: Highly collaborative and energetic, with a commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong oral and written communication skills; superior analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights to improve ROI.
