About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team at NAHQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development plans to build a robust pipeline for our B2B service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development plans to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and presenting solutions that align with their individual or organizational needs
  • Own your book of business, maintaining an organized, reliable, and clear sales pipeline tracking interactions, follow-ups, and progress toward sales goals in the NAHQ CRM tool (HubSpot)
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience selling services in a quota carrying role
  • Demonstrated creative and resourceful self-starter with the ability to independently identify and cultivate markets, targets, and effective sales processes
  • Proven B2B experience, including targeting and influencing c-suite and/or leadership personas via face-to-face meetings, presentations, active listening, and effective negotiation
Estimated Salary Range:

$100,000 - $130,000 per year
