Administrative Professional for Indo-Pacific Regional Director

Input Technology Solutions is a leading organization in the industry, and we are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to support our Indo-Pacific Regional Director. This role will be based in Washington, D.C., and will require the successful candidate to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

The salary for this position is estimated at $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years' experience in organizing conferences, meetings, and ceremonies for senior personnel. You should also have experience in military and international protocol standards for meetings and ceremonies, as well as demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.).

Your primary duties will include maintaining the Regional Director's calendar, arranging meetings and video conferences, and overseeing correspondence in accordance with DoD standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, tracking budgets, and assisting with onboarding new personnel.

This is a full-time position that operates year-round, Monday through Friday. You will work in a professional office environment and will be required to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Limited travel may be required.

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. You will occasionally need to lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
