Job Title: Treatment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Oklahoma Dental Implants & Oral Surgery. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members.
  • Manage patient insurance information and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate doctor schedules and communicate effectively with patients and referring offices.
  • Partner with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experiences.
  • Collect payments from patients in a professional and effective manner.
  • Develop treatment plans from diagnosis and communicate options and costs to patients.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience required.
  • Medical or dental experience preferred.
