At lululemon, we're seeking a Community Specialist to join our team. As a Community Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing our store's community strategy, engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy to life through the pillars of community foundations and guest experience.
  • Establish and manage local key relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon Studio partner studios to increase new guest acquisition and guest retention.
  • Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and increase the store's standing as a community hub.
  • Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
  • Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
  • Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
  • Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with store leadership regarding Community events, projects, or initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.
Experience:
  • 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional team performance. The base pay range for this position is from $20.50- $23.58/hour subject to minimum wage in the location. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. This position has a target bonus of an additional $3 per hour, subject to certain requirements and the Company's discretion, bringing the total target compensation range between $23.50- $26.58/ hour.
