Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure a seamless buying experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and support the growth of our dealership.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury vehicles, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
