Product Manager/Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner/BA to join our team at Aquesst. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our structural engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of structural engineering projects, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in designing structures.
- Strong understanding of engineering mechanics and design fundamentals.
- Intermediate skills in RISA Structural Analysis software preferred.
- Knowledge of steelwork manufacturing, installation process, and quality.
- Knowledge of costs related to design and execution of steel structures.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
- Proficient in structural design software (RISA, Staad.Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of scope management and project planning.
- Able to perform health and safety risk analysis on component and system level.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial organization where cooperating with others and being a team member is natural.
- Strong communicator, able to effectively understand and set expectations for deliverables.
- Able to handle time-sensitive situations and quickly set the right priorities, while maintaining a firm grasp of the details.

- Up to date knowledge/experience with: 1910/29 Occupational Safety and Health Standards, Building Code (IBC), ACI 318, AISC Steel Construction Manual, ASCE 7.
- $80,000 to $90,000 salary, depending on experience.
- Must be eligible without sponsorship.
