Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Attendant to join our team at the Reikart House Hotel in Amherst, NY. As a House Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and stairwells.
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals and agents as needed.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
