Job Title: Customer Supply Chain Analyst

Join Campbell Soup Company, a leading manufacturer of food products, as a Customer Supply Chain Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships with assigned customers and Sales Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery to ensure accurate pricing, terms of sales, lead-times, special pack requirements, and inventory availability.
  • Build and maintain accurate account profiles.
  • Work with Customer Supply Chain Manager and Sales management to analyze, evaluate, and solve for opportunities to improve key service metrics such as Incentive Pricing, Order fill, On-time delivery, Invoice accuracy, case fill, etc.
  • Communicate with customers by tracking orders and shipments, trouble-shooting, and responding to all other questions, inquiries, and complaints in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Distribution to resolve service issues and other order discrepancies that could negatively impact the customer or Campbell's.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of previous experience in Customer Service with emphasis on Order Management, Transportation, etc.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree, 2+ years of previous Order Management and Customer Service experience, SAP experience
Working Conditions:

Normal office environment. Office environment is very busy during September through February and at all fiscal quarter closes (OCT, JAN, APR, JUL). Physical presence in the office is required during key periods. Some holiday and weekend coverage required throughout the year.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $43,100.00 - $69,700.00. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
