Junior Supply Chain Analyst

LHH is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data on inventory levels, procurement, transportation, and warehouse operations to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key supply chain metrics, including inventory turnover, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.
  • Assist in forecasting demand and supply needs based on historical data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain issues, such as delays, shortages, and cost variances, with guidance from senior analysts or the supply chain manager.
  • Participate in supplier performance evaluations and contribute to recommendations for process improvements.
  • Monitor and update inventory systems to maintain accurate records of stock levels and order status.
  • Support supply chain projects, including process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and new supplier onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to procurement and logistics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
