Position Overview: As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will collaborate with various departments including Demand Planning, Industrial Operations, Product Line, and Sales to effectively align demand with supply while considering service levels, costs, and capacity constraints. Your role will involve generating net requirements for production, procurement, and logistics based on location-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate mid to long-term supply and procurement strategies that align with sales objectives and safety stock requirements.
  • Implement selected supply plan scenarios that effectively balance factory capacity, service levels, and budgetary constraints.
  • Facilitate weekly cross-functional supply meetings to ensure alignment with the supply plan.
  • Engage with suppliers to assess capacity and propose adjustments to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Track demand against plans and adjust supply strategies as necessary to meet short-term needs.
  • Evaluate actual performance metrics against weekly shipments, deployments, and forecast consumption to drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, timing, capacity, and asset utilization.
  • Collaborate across functions to influence inventory and sales decisions on critical product lines.
  • Generate weekly deployment plans from hubs to regional distribution centers.
  • Assist in root cause analysis for significant service challenges and communicate findings to relevant leadership.
  • Support monthly Executive Sales & Operations Planning and inventory budget processes.
  • Oversee the transition phases of key products in collaboration with cross-functional operations teams.
  • Inventory Reporting: Manage and provide rolling 18-month inventory forecasts by assigned product family and manufacturing location.
  • Drive initiatives to eliminate non-optimized or excess inventory for designated product families and manufacturing locations.
  • Accountable for inventory valuation in both dollars and units.
  • Champion continuous improvement projects and enhance tools and processes within the Supply Chain team and across functions.

Position Requirements:

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business discipline. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in planning, forecasting, inventory management, and statistical analysis is preferred.
