VP, Sales Transformation Leader

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales teams to drive growth within existing business and new business development.
- Oversee and guide the healthcare sales team to ensure effective performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, particularly in the University of Minnesota and higher education institutions.
- Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions and drive accountability.
- Foster top relationships with clients and partners, identifying opportunities to increase Continua's visibility and market share.
- Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment of sales enablement efforts.
- Attend regular meetings with operations, design, and project management teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in the commercial furniture or related industry.
- Strong leadership abilities, with expertise in mentoring and motivating sales teams.
- Strategic thinking, with the capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
- Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
