Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales teams to drive growth within existing business and new business development.
  • Oversee and guide the healthcare sales team to ensure effective performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, particularly in the University of Minnesota and higher education institutions.
  • Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions and drive accountability.
  • Foster top relationships with clients and partners, identifying opportunities to increase Continua's visibility and market share.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors and market trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment of sales enablement efforts.
  • Attend regular meetings with operations, design, and project management teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ years in the commercial furniture or related industry.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with expertise in mentoring and motivating sales teams.
  • Strategic thinking, with the capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
