About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hematology Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team at Children's Health (Dallas). Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients with hematological and oncological conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent
  • Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas
  • At least one year of relevant experience in hematology/oncology nursing
  • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
