Position Overview:

NaphCare is seeking dedicated Healthcare Emergency Response Technicians to become integral members of our team. We are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services in correctional environments. We offer a variety of work schedules including Full Time, Part Time, PRN shifts, and temporary contracts. Compensation starts at $27.50 per hour, adjusted based on licensure and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document patient history and vital signs accurately
  • Conduct intake screenings
  • Administer and interpret PPD tests
  • Perform blood draws
  • Assist with medical examinations

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current, unrestricted certification/license in Arizona
  • A valid CPR certification
  • At least one year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a preference for correctional healthcare experience
