PennState Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Orthopedics team in Enola, Pennsylvania.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As an RN on our inpatient team, you will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement effective nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.

You will administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, advising them on health maintenance and disease prevention. Additionally, you will monitor, record, and report patient condition symptoms or changes.

Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact
  • BLS certification before orientation completion
  • AHA ACLS certification within the designated timeframe

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
