About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and performing basic non-queue support activities. You will also be responsible for following established procedures and escalating any issues outside of the ordinary.

Your Impact

As a representative of Canon Solutions America, Inc., you will have a significant impact on our customers' experience. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, and your ability to provide accurate and timely information will be crucial in building trust and loyalty. Your role will also involve performing basic reporting and project duties as assigned.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will also need to have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent experience, as well as 1-2 years of related experience. May require up to 5% travel and the ability to work remotely for business continuity. In accordance with applicable law, the anticipated base salary for this role is $17.57 to $26.31 per hour.
