We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Atria Park - Park of Great Neck. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Retrieve and forward messages to appropriate personnel as needed.
- Welcoming on-site visitors and announcing their presence to the appropriate staff.
- Coordinate guestroom reservations and maintain current lists of residents who are hospitalized.
- Update appointment calendars, including transportation and beauty calendars, as directed.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification a plus.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
