Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Retrieve and forward messages to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Welcoming on-site visitors and announcing their presence to the appropriate staff.
  • Coordinate guestroom reservations and maintain current lists of residents who are hospitalized.
  • Update appointment calendars, including transportation and beauty calendars, as directed.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification a plus.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
