About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager at Trust and Safety Laboratory, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our most critical and complex initiatives. You will work cross-functionally with customers, engineering teams, and product managers to define, plan, and execute projects that deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Your ability to communicate technical requirements, manage timelines, and navigate the challenges of both internal and customer-facing projects will ensure smooth execution and delivery toward shared goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project timelines, define key milestones, and ensure the successful delivery of engineering initiatives from concept to release.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of the technical architecture and constraints, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and technical requirements.
  • Champion best practices for software development, agile methodologies, and program management to drive operational excellence.
  • Track progress, communicate updates, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Orchestrate early adopter programs with customers, understanding their needs and pain points to ensure that products and solutions meet their expectations and business goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with software engineering or development is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Trust and Safety is desirable, but not required.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a tech company.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and engineering best practices.
  • Proven experience interacting with customers or external stakeholders, translating their needs into technical requirements, and managing expectations.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Trello, etc.
