Mountain Studio Associate Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Studio Manager to join our team at Stio. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring store profitability, and providing an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our brand values.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. If you are a self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including hiring, training, and coaching staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and other retail leaders to achieve business goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store appearance to maintain a high level of store standards
- High school equivalency or GED required
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of retail experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
